This location provides psychiatric and medical services for children and adults and is the home of integrated care project. Our FQHC partner on-site is CHESI. Services Include: Addiction Care for teens and adults, Counseling for adults, Counseling for children and teens,Home Health Care, Child and Teen Community (home and school) Mental Health Care, Adult Community (home and beyond) Mental Health Care, Crisis Services (outpatient, telephone, walk-in and mobile), Psychiatric Medical Services, outpatient, child and adult, Forensic Diversion (helping teens and adults with court and jail issues)
